Have been meaning to note this for the last month or so–the American Illustration 28 jurors chose two of my sketchbook paintings for their website gallery. The image above, a study of five people waiting plus a receptionist; and the one below: two extremely dissimiliar people, cooling their heels in a Las Vegas tire store (who also appear on the current version of the Graphic Tales banner.
